During the course of intervention, Faiza was simultaneously supported by the project for getting a Disability certificate, public transport travel concessions and several other clinical/medical examinations. Her physical condition started to improve remarkably; she was able to sit for longer durations with correct posture. Today she can stand with support, and uses wheelchair to move about. Today, the Cheshire Services in India reach out to around 20,000 persons in a year with disabilities directly across India.

Rejected and ignored by family members, the residents lead a dignified life and enjoy a peaceful stay at our Home with love and care. The Home engages the residents with activities to spend their time usefully. Cheshire Home is Partcipating in the online " NGO Spotlight Challenge Campaign 2017" and we are aiming to raise Rs. 20,00,000/-, which if successful, will also make us eligible to receive a matching donation from GiveIndia.
